About the Company

VCM Corporate Solutions operates in four business segments, providing recruitment, automobile, and corporate travel solutions. We are looking for an experienced, confident, and result-oriented female candidate to handle calling, client communication, lead generation, and business development from home.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate business leads.

• Communicate with corporate clients and explain our services professionally.

• Follow up with leads, maintain client relationships, and convert prospects into business opportunities.

• Coordinate with clients regarding requirements, enquiries, and business proposals.

• Maintain calling records and regularly update lead status.

• Support business development activities across our four business segments.

Our Four Business Segments

1. Recruitment & Staffing: Hiring solutions for IT, non-IT, and other job profiles.

2. Car Sale & Purchase: Connecting customers and businesses for new and pre-owned car transactions.

3. Corporate Travel Services: Developing business with corporate clients for travel and transportation requirements.

4. Driver Recruitment: Hiring professional drivers for personal and corporate requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Gender: Female candidates only.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of calling experience.

• Preferred Experience: B2B sales, corporate calling, lead generation, or business development.

• Education: Graduate in any stream.

• Communication: Fluent in Hindi with strong communication and convincing skills.

• Technical Requirements: Must have a personal laptop and a reliable internet connection.

• Other Skills: Good follow-up skills, confidence, professionalism, and the ability to work independently.

Salary & Commission Structure

• This is a commission-based opportunity; there is no fixed monthly salary.

• Earnings will depend on business generated and the applicable commission structure.

• Commission terms and payment conditions will be discussed and mutually agreed upon before joining.
