Telecaller

A Telesales Executive is responsible for driving revenue by selling products or services over the phone, engaging in outbound cold-calling, and closing deals. Key tasks include hitting daily/monthly targets, maintaining customer records in a CRM system, and using scripts to explain product benefits. Excellent communication, negotiation, and resilience are critical for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Sales: Initiating phone calls to potential customers to pitch products or services and close sales.

• Target Achievement: Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and call volume quotas.

• Customer Relationship Management: Building rapport with prospects, answering questions, and handling complaints professionally.

• Lead Generation/Follow-up: Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns and following up on potential opportunities.

• Data Maintenance: Accurately documenting customer details, purchases, and feedback in a CRM system.

• Product Expertise: Developing in-depth knowledge of products to make suitable recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or in a sales-related role.

• Communication: Excellent verbal communication and persuasive negotiation skills.
