We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls. The candidate will interact with customers, provide information about products or services, generate leads, resolve queries, and maintain positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Attend inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
Explain products and services clearly to customers.
Generate leads and schedule appointments when required.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage conversions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or database.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Escalate complex customer issues to the concerned department.
Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.
