Job Overview

Bione Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our team in Bangalore. This opportunity is ideal for freshers and candidates with customer service experience who are fluent in regional languages and looking to build a career in customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Understand and resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints.

• Provide accurate information about products and services.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update system information.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Communicate with customers patiently, professionally, and empathetically.

• Follow company policies, processes, and communication guidelines.

• Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team when required.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Graduates and Undergraduates can apply.

• Experience: 0–5 years.

• Only Female candidates are eligible.

• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.

• Basic computer knowledge is required.

• Candidates should be comfortable working in a customer-facing/call-based role.

• Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

Language Requirements

Candidates must be proficient in any one of the following language combinations:

• Hindi + Telugu

• Telugu + Kannada

• Kannada + Hindi

English communication skills will be an added advantage.
