Job Description:

We are hiring Tele Collections Executives for Krazybee Services Private Limited.

Salary:

₹16,000 - ₹20,000

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound collection calls for overdue Personal Loan and Business Loan accounts.

- Follow up with customers for pending EMI payments and ensure timely collections.

- Negotiate repayment plans and resolve customer payment concerns.

- Maintain customer interaction details and payment commitments in CRM systems.

- Coordinate with field collection teams and backend operations for account resolution.

- Handle customer queries, escalations, and disputes professionally.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets while following company policies.

Eligibility Criteria:

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Tele Collections, Collections, or Customer Service roles.

- Experience in NBFC/BFSI industry preferred.

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Regional language knowledge will be an added advantage.

- Strong convincing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

- Graduation in any discipline required.

- Age: Below 30 years.
