Role Description:
The Telecaller – Loan Harassment Support Executive is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to unlawful recovery practices by banks, NBFCs, digital lending apps, and private financiers. The role focuses on client interaction, case intake, and preliminary assessment of harassment complaints.
The executive will communicate with affected individuals, understand the nature of harassment (threats, abusive calls, privacy violations, defamation, etc.), and guide them on available legal remedies. They will also coordinate with the legal team to ensure proper documentation and case progression.
Key responsibilities include:
Making and receiving calls regarding loan harassment complaints
Explaining legal rights and available remedies to clients
Collecting complete case details (loan source, harassment type, evidence, timelines)
Maintaining call records, client databases, and follow-ups
Coordinating with legal executives/advocates for case handling
Handling sensitive conversations with professionalism and confidentiality
Assisting in client onboarding and documentation process
Following up for payments, documents, and case updates
Ensuring compliance with ethical communication standards
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Basic understanding of banking/recovery practices
Ability to handle distressed or frustrated clients
Good listening and problem-solving ability
Fluency in English + Telugu/Hindi (preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, call logs)
Qualifications:
Minimum: Intermediate (12th Pass)
Preferred: Any Graduation (B.Com, BBA, BA, LLB – advantage)
Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling/customer support is a plus
Experience (Preferred):
0–2 years in telecalling / customer support / collections / legal process
Experience in loan recovery, banking, or legal services is an added advantage
Work Environment:
Office-based role (Work from Office)
Target-oriented with performance tracking
Training will be provided on legal aspects and call handling
Salary Range (Optional to include):
₹10,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on experience) + incentives
