We are looking for a Telecallers to join our team V Care Hair & Skin Health Care to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries related to Industry. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of 15000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Address customer queries, resolve concerns and manage complaints.
Keep records of customer interactions and follow up when required.
Provide customers with accurate information to help resolve their issues.
Meet performance targets and work with other departments to manage complex issues.

Job Requirements:

There is no week off on sat and sun

You can take week off on mon-friday any one day (4 week off and 1 CL)

Salary : 15k TH

Location : JP Nagar, Timings : 09.00 am to 07.00 pm, Education : 10th/12th/UG

Location : Bellari, Malleshwaram, Indira Nagar, Mangalore, Timings : Weekdays - 10.00 am to 08.00pm, Weekends - 10.00 am to 09.00 pm, Education : Any Degree(Mandatory)
