Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about our products/services.

• Handle inbound queries and provide information effectively.

• Generate leads and follow up with prospects.

• Maintain customer database and update call records.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team leader or manager.

• Resolve customer issues or escalate when necessary.

• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align on campaigns.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.

• Proven experience in a telecalling or similar customer service role is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills in [languages, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
