Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele-caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales or service targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote services.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about company offerings.
Follow up on leads and maintain a database of customer interactions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the company.
Address customer queries and resolve complaints efficiently.
Keep accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum required qualification: Any Graduate.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in CRM software is a plus.
