UniLife Career Solutions is an overseas education consultancy specializing in European higher education, tuition-free education opportunities, international scholarships, and university admissions.

We help students achieve their dreams of studying abroad by providing professional guidance on university admissions, scholarships, and visa application procedures.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students who have expressed interest in studying abroad.

• Handle inbound enquiries generated through digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and other lead sources.

• Explain overseas education opportunities, particularly tuition-free and scholarship-based programs in European countries.

• Provide basic information about universities, courses, eligibility requirements, admission procedures, and available scholarships.

• Identify interested and eligible students and transfer qualified leads to the Student Counselling Team.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students through phone calls and WhatsApp.

• Encourage interested students to schedule counselling sessions and complete their registrations.

• Achieve daily calling targets, qualified lead targets, and monthly student registration targets.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, student enquiries, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM system.

• Coordinate with student counsellors and admission teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.

• Build positive relationships with students and parents through professional communication.

• Provide daily reports on calling activities, interested leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum qualification: PUC / 12th Pass or any Bachelor's Degree.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.

• Good telephone etiquette and active listening skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.

• Ability to handle customer enquiries professionally.

• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and enthusiastic personality.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Language Requirements

• Good communication skills in English.

• Candidates fluent in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Hindi will be preferred.

• Multilingual candidates will have an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, educational consultancy, admissions, or customer support.

• Experience in converting enquiries into appointments or registrations.

• Strong follow-up and lead management skills.

• Interest in the overseas education industry.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

• Daily outbound calling productivity.

• Number of qualified student leads generated.

• Follow-up completion rate.

• Counselling appointments scheduled.

• Monthly student registrations and conversions.

• CRM data accuracy and reporting.

Working Schedule

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Office Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Work Mode: Work from Office
