Job Description:
Atiya Health Care Pvt. Ltd. is looking for mature and responsible Tele sales Executives to handle inbound and outbound calls and assist customers in purchasing medicines over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle high-volume inbound calls from customers
Pitch and sell medicines and healthcare products over calls
Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets
Handle objections confidently and close sales effectively
Upsell and cross-sell products wherever applicable
Maintain accurate call and sales records
Follow compliance and company sales protocols
Eligibility & Skills Required:
Preferred age range: 28 to 38 years
Prior experience in tele sales, healthcare sales, or pharmacy sales is an advantage
Good communication skills in [add languages if required]
Patient, confident, and sales-oriented approach
Basic knowledge of medicines or healthcare products (training will be provided)
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Working Days & Schedule:
6 days working
Rotational weekly off
