Job Title: Loan Officer / Relationship Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inquiries for Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, and Car Loan.

Guide customers about loan products, eligibility, documents, and interest rates.

Collect and verify required documents from clients.

Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing and approvals.

Follow up with customers and maintain long-term relationships.

Achieve monthly targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain proper records and update CRM regularly.

Eligibility:

Graduate/Undergraduate (Any Stream).

Experience in loan sales or Telecalling preferred (Freshers can also apply).

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of banking and finance.
