Job Title: Telecaller

Job Role

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team. The role involves calling customers, understanding their requirements, and helping them with buying or selling tractors. You will also follow up with interested customers and maintain call records.

Responsibilities

Call customers from the provided database.
Understand customer requirements and provide the right information.
Follow up with interested customers.
Generate leads and connect customers with the sales team.
Update customer details and call status in the system.
Achieve daily calling and lead generation targets.
Maintain polite and professional communication with customers.

Requirements

12th Pass or Graduate.
Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus).
Experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or BPO is preferred.
Basic computer knowledge.
Comfortable working from the office.
