• Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, call center, customer service, or inside sales (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills in English and regional languages.

• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computer systems, MS Office, and CRM tools.
