Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic female Tele Caller to join our team in Keshtopur. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with little to no experience. The ideal applicant should have a positive attitude and enjoy communicating with people.

••Key Responsibilities:••

- ••Conduct Outbound Calls:•• Make calls to potential clients and customers to share information about products or services, aiming to generate interest and inquiries.

- ••Provide Information:•• Clearly explain offerings and answer questions to help customers understand our services better, ensuring they feel valued and informed.

- ••Record Customer Interactions:•• Maintain accurate records of all calls, including customer responses and feedback, to help improve service quality and follow up effectively.

- ••Follow Up:•• Regularly check in with leads and clients to nurture relationships and encourage further engagement with our offerings.

- ••Meet Targets:•• Work towards individual and team targets for calls made and leads generated, contributing to the overall success of the team.
