Key Responsibilities:
Handling Clients and managing them to fulfill their requirements in a professional and efficient manner.
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach
Maintain accurate records of clients interactions and follow-ups
Provide timely and relevant information to clients.
Work collaboratively with the bankers to get accurate details.
Meet performance targets, customer satisfaction, and achieve milestone monthly.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 2nd PUC and minimum 2 years experience. You will be responsible for fulfilling clients requirement, offering relevant information, and resolving complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a Working Days week during the Shift Time.
