We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Tele calling Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, follow up with customers, and support the sales team in achieving business targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build strong customer relationships in the automobile sector.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote automobile products and services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide information about vehicles, features, pricing, and offers.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for test drives and showroom visits.
Follow up with potential customers and maintain customer databases (CRM).
Assist sales executives by coordinating with customers and confirming appointments.
Explain loan/finance schemes, insurance, and after-sales services when required.
Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback.
Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly call/lead targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve basic queries or escalate to the concerned department.
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 0–2 years (freshers can also apply; experience in tele calling/automobile sales preferred).
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional language.
Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
