# Job Summary

Swastik Enterprises is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, following up with clients, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. The candidate should possess strong communication skills and a positive attitude toward achieving business goals.

# Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

* Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.

* Generate and qualify sales leads through telephone conversations.

* Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and orders.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call details.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.

* Address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

* Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer service.

* Update customer databases and prepare daily call reports.

# Required Qualifications

* Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.

* Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

* Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.

* Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

* Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be an added advantage.
