NEXUS PAIN MANAGEMENT Job Description – Inside Sales Telecaller Location: Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka Department: Inside Sales / Business Development Position: Inside Sales Telecaller / Patient Counsellor Salary: ₹18000/- to ₹25,000/- Take-Home per Month Employment Type: Full-Time About Nexus Pain Management Nexus Pain Management is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Inside Sales Telecallers / Patient Counsellors to join our growing team in Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru. The selected candidates will be responsible for connecting with prospective patients, understanding their requirements, explaining relevant pain-management services, generating appointments, and ensuring effective follow-up until conversion. Languages & Hiring Requirement We are hiring candidates proficient in the following languages: ● Kannada: 6 Telecallers + 1 Team Leader ● Tamil: 13 Telecallers + 1 Team Leader ● Malayalam: 5 Telecallers + 1 Team Leader ● Hindi: 5 Telecallers + 1 Team Leader ● Bengali: 5 Telecallers + 1 Team Leader Total Requirement: 34 Telecallers + 5 Team Leaders Key Responsibilities – Telecaller ● Make outbound calls to prospective patients from provided leads/database. ● Understand the patient's requirements and pain-related concerns. ● Explain Nexus Pain Management services in a clear and professional manner. ● Counsel prospective patients and address basic queries regarding consultations and treatment services. ● Generate and schedule appointments for interested patients. ● Follow up with leads who have not yet confirmed their appointments. ● Maintain regular follow-up with interested and pending leads. ● Convert qualified leads into confirmed appointments. ● Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, appointments and conversions in the CRM. ● Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and conversion targets. ● Coordinate with the hospital/clinic and internal teams regarding patient appointments. ● Handle patient queries professionally and escalate medical or clinical questions to the appropriate team. ● Maintain high standards of customer service and patient confidentiality. ● Ensure timely follow-up on all assigned leads. Candidate Profile We are looking for candidates who have: ● Excellent communication skills in the respective regional language. ● Good communication skills in English/Hindi will be an added advantage. ● Previous experience in telecalling, inside sales, telesales, healthcare sales, patient counselling, BPO or customer service will be preferred. ● Candidates with healthcare or hospital sales experience will have an advantage. ● Strong convincing and interpersonal skills. ● Target-oriented and result-driven approach. ● Ability to handle objections and convert leads. ● Good listening and counselling skills. ● Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems. ● Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Preferred Experience Experience: 1–5 years in Telecalling / Inside Sales / Telesales / Healthcare / BPO / Customer Service. Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also be considered. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Performance will primarily be measured on: ● Number of calls completed ● Lead contactability ● Follow-up completion ● Appointments generated ● Appointment conversion rate ● Lead-to-patient conversion ● Revenue/conversion contribution ● Quality of conversations ● CRM/data accuracy ● Customer/patient experience
