Key Responsibilities: • Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner. • Address customer queries, concerns and compliants with a problem-solving approached. • maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up. • provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolved their issues. • Work collaboratively with other teams members to escalate resolved complex issues. • Meet performance including calls handling time, customer satisfaction and resolution rates. Job Requirements: The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 0.5 years of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift
