Are you a strong communicator with a passion for customer service and sales? A leading UK-based Telecom Company is expanding its operations and launching its in-house Sales & Support unit in Ranchi!

We are looking for enthusiastic, fluent English speakers to join our growing team and deliver world-class service to our international clients.

### Position Overview

• Role: Customer Sales & Support Executive

• Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand (In-Office)

• Shift Timings: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM (UK Shift)

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

### Salary & Compensation

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 / month (Based on experience & interview performance)

• Performance Incentives: Up to ₹20,000 / month extra!

• Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹55,000 / month

### Key Responsibilities

• Interact with UK-based customers via inbound/outbound calls to assist with telecom products and services.

• Identify customer needs, resolve service queries, and recommend suitable packages/upsells.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing clear, accurate, and polite assistance.

• Meet daily/monthly communication and sales performance targets.

### Who Should Apply?

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal English communication skills are mandatory.

• Education: Graduate / Undergraduate (Freshers with exceptional English are welcome to apply!).

• Skills: Strong persuasion skills, active listening, and a positive attitude.

• Flexibility: Comfortable working in the afternoon/evening shift (1:30 PM – 10:30 PM).
