We are hiring a resilient Telecaller- Recovery Process to manage our high-risk debt portfolios. Operating as the bridge between hard collections and formal lawsuits, you will work closely with our Legal Department to recover high-value defaults through strategic telephonic negotiation and legal escalation notifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• High-Stakes Recovery: Manage severe delinquency pools and execute tough collections.

• Legal Collaboration: Coordinate with the internal Legal Team to follow up on Legal Notices, Demand Letters, and etc.

• Pre-Litigation Negotiation: Call chronic defaulters to explain legal consequences and negotiate out-of-court settlements, lump-sum waivers, or restructuring plans.

• Skip Tracing: Use advanced tracing tools and alternative channels to locate untraceable or non-contactable borrowers.

• Case Escalation: Maintain precise call histories in the CRM and hand over uncooperative accounts to the legal desk for active litigation.

What We Look For

• Experience: 2–5 years of hardcore collection experience.

• Credentials: DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certification is a plus.

• Skills: Elite negotiation tactics, conflict resolution, and familiarity with RBI Fair Practice Codes.

• Tools: Hands-on experience with Collection CRMs and basic MS Excel.
