Job Description:

Job Description We are looking for Telecaller motivated I to support our sales team by handling client communication, follow-ups, and lead conversion. This is a desk-based role with strong growth opportunities in B2B sales.

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers
Explain company products and services clearly
Follow up with existing leads
Maintain call records and daily reports
Handle basic customer queries politely

Requirements

Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
Confident and polite speaking style
Basic computer knowledge (Excel / WhatsApp)
Freshers can apply

Preferred Skills

Telecalling or customer support experience
Ability to handle rejection positively
Good listening skills
