Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Sales Executive to connect with pharmaceutical companies, generate leads, schedule meetings, and convert prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to pharmaceutical companies and healthcare businesses.

• Identify decision-makers such as Product Managers, Marketing Managers, Purchase Managers, and Brand Managers.

• Introduce Shree Pharma Design's products and services.

• Generate qualified leads and maintain a customer database.

• Follow up with potential clients regarding quotations and orders.

• Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.

• Maintain regular communication with existing clients to generate repeat business.

• Update CRM/Excel records with call outcomes and customer details.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.

• Ability to handle objections and follow up effectively.

• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or B2B sales is preferred.

• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
