Handle inbound and/or outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
Answer customer queries, provide information, and resolve issues or complaints.
Document all call information accurately into the customer database/CRM.
Follow up on customer interactions where necessary.
Maintain a high level of product/service knowledge.
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
Ability to remain patient and calm under pressure.
High school diploma or equivalent; prior call center experience is a plus.
