Position: Debt Collection & Recovery Telecaller
Company: Sanidhya Enterprises, Ulhasnagar, Maharashtra
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (plus incentives on recovery targets)
Shift: Day shift, 6-day week
Experience: 0-1 years (freshers with enthusiasm welcome)
Qualification: Minimum 10th pass

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to debtors for overdue loan/credit card payments and negotiate repayment plans.

• Address queries, resolve disputes, and follow up on commitments while logging all interactions accurately.

• Escalate complex cases, meet daily/weekly recovery targets, and ensure RBI compliance.

• Maintain professional empathy in high-pressure calls to minimize bad debts

Requirements

• Excellent Hindi/English communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

• Resilience, active listening, and basic CRM/Excel proficiency for record-keeping.

• Knowledge of debt collection guidelines a plus; DRA certification preferred but not required.

• Ready for 6-day day shift
