Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls from provided leads
Communicate clearly and professionally in English, Gujarati, and Marathi
Explain company products/services and answer customer queries
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
Update call details and customer information in the CRM system
Perform internal office paperwork and documentation
Maintain and update records, reports, and data accurately
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow
Handle basic data entry and file management
Update customer and lead details in the CRM software
Maintain daily call reports and follow-up status
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
Fluency in English, Gujarati, and Marathi (spoken; written is an advantage)
Basic knowledge of CRM software
Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
Prior experience in telecalling or back office work will be an added advantage
