Telecaller

Job Description

Immediate Joiner, we are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Telecallers to connect with potential and existing customers. The candidate will be responsible for making calls, explaining products/services, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. Outbound & Inbound Calling

Key Responsibilities:

·       Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided data.

·       Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries.

·       Explain products/services clearly and convincingly.

·       Generate leads and convert them into sales or appointments.

·       Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.

·       Update customer details in CRM/software after each call.

·       Achieve daily and monthly calling & sales targets.

·       Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.

·       Coordinate with sales/service teams when required.

Required Skills

·       Good communication skills (Telugu / Hindi / English)

·       Convincing and negotiation skills

·       Basic computer knowledge (Excel, calling tools)

·       Patience and positive attitude

·       Ability to handle rejection

Eligibility Criteria:

·       Minimum Qualification: 10th / Intermediate / Any Degree

·       Freshers & experienced candidates can apply

·       Prior telecalling / customer support experience is an added advantage

Required Skills:

·       Good communication skills (Telugu / Hindi / English)

·       Strong, convincing and negotiation skills

·       Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)

·       Positive attitude and patience

·       Ability to handle rejection and pressure
