Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Tele Sales & Channel Partner Executive with 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, business development, or real estate sales. The primary responsibility is to identify, connect, and engage with property dealers, brokers, and real estate consultants to build a strong channel partner network for our Dholera plotting projects.

The candidate will schedule meetings for the Business Development/Sales team, maintain regular follow-ups, and support the growth of our channel sales network.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with property dealers, brokers, and real estate consultants through outbound calls.

• Introduce Riddhi Siddhi Developers and present the benefits of becoming a Channel Partner.

• Explain Dholera plotting projects, commission structure, investment opportunities, and ongoing promotional schemes.

• Generate and qualify channel partner leads.

• Schedule meetings between prospective channel partners and the Sales/Business Development team.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with brokers and dealers to strengthen relationships.

• Build and maintain a database of property dealers, brokers, and channel partners.

• Update all interactions and lead status in CRM or Excel.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up after meetings.

• Assist in expanding the company's broker and channel partner network.

• Achieve daily calling, meeting scheduling, and channel partner acquisition targets.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Fluency in Hindi is mandatory; English communication will be an added advantage.

• Comfortable interacting with business professionals over the phone.

• Good networking and follow-up skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM software.

• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

• 1–2 years of experience in Tele Sales, Telemarketing, Business Development, Inside Sales, or Real Estate.

• Experience in channel sales, broker management, or real estate networking will be an added advantage.

• Candidates with experience in B2B sales or partner acquisition are encouraged to apply.
