Job Type: Full-Time | Hybrid

Gender Preference: Female Candidates Only

Salary: ₹12,000 per month (Plus)

Working Schedule

> 6 Days Work From Office during the first month

> 7th Day will be Work From Home

> From the second month onwards: Hybrid Work Mode

> 4 Days Work From Office

> 3 Days Work From Home

Office Timing: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM

About the Role

Mystery Box is looking for energetic and confident Tele callers to handle customer enquiries, explain our surprise packages and event services, follow up with leads, and convert enquiries into bookings. We provide a friendly and creative work culture with growth opportunities for passionate candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls

• Explain surprise packages, event services, and customisation options

• Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp

• Convert enquiries into successful bookings

• Maintain customer details and follow-up records

• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth execution

• Build positive customer relationships

Skills Required

• Good Communication Skills

• Sales & Convincing Skills

• Customer Handling Ability

• Clear Explanation Skills

• Basic WhatsApp & Computer Knowledge

• Positive Attitude & Team Coordination

Language Preference

• Tamil – Mandatory

• English – Preferred

• Hindi – Added Advantage (Not Mandatory)
