Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers for order confirmation & survey purpose
Verify online orders, delivery details & payment status
Handle order inquiries, cancellations, returns & complaints
Conduct customer feedback / survey calls as per script
Ask structured questions and record accurate responses
Provide product information, offers & delivery updates
Follow up on pending orders or incomplete purchases
Update call details in CRM / Excel system
Maintain daily call report & target sheet
Coordinate with warehouse / support team when required
Ensure polite communication & customer satisfaction
Maintain data confidentiality
