We are looking for a result-oriented Telecaller to join our team, responsible for making outbound calls (cold calling) and receiving inbound calls to drive sales, promote services, or offer customer support. The candidate must have excellent persuasion skills and the ability to meet daily/monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound/Inbound Calls: Proactively call prospective clients and receive incoming customer calls regarding products/services.
Sales & Lead Generation: Explain product features, advantages, and pricing to convert leads into sales.
Customer Interaction: Answer queries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information to enhance customer satisfaction.
Data Management: Accurately record details of all interactions, feedback, and customer information in the CRM system.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed established daily and monthly call and sales targets.
Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-up calls to nurture leads and build long-term client relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales role (typically 1+ year preferred).
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.
Computer Skills: Proficient with MS Office (Excel) and CRM software.
Soft Skills: High-level negotiation, persuasion, and telephone etiquette.
Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Bachelor's degree.
Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer support.
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport.
