Telecaller

We are looking for a dedicated Tele Caller to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate should be a female with at least one year of experience. This role involves making calls to customers and providing them with information about our services.

Key Responsibilities:

- ••Customer Outreach••: Make calls to potential and existing customers to discuss our services and generate leads, ensuring a friendly and informative approach.

- ••Data Management••: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback in our database to help track progress and improve strategies.

- ••Promoting Services••: Clearly communicate the benefits of our services during calls, aiming to increase customer interest and engagement.

- ••Feedback Collection••: Gather customer feedback and insights during calls to help improve our services and address customer needs effectively.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
