Job Description – Telecaller

Position: Telecaller – Software Sales & Customer Retention
Job Type: Full Time

Salary: As per candidate's skills and experience + Performance Based Incentives

Job Responsibilities

• Customers ko software products ke baare mein telephone par information dena aur software sales generate karna.

• Company ke liye new leads generate karna aur potential customers se follow-up karna.

• Existing customers ke saath regular communication maintain karna.

• Jo customers company ke software/services ko use karna chhod chuke hain, unse retention calls karke unhe dobara company ke saath connect karna.

• Customer ki requirement samajhna aur suitable software solution suggest karna.

• Daily calling, follow-up aur sales activities ka record maintain karna.

• Assigned monthly targets ko achieve karna.

• Customer queries aur objections ko professionally handle karna.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum Graduate hona mandatory hai.

• Basic Computer Knowledge hona chahiye.

• Hindi communication achhi honi chahiye; basic English knowledge preferred.

• Telecalling, software sales, lead generation aur customer retention mein interest hona chahiye.

• Target-oriented aur result-focused candidate preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Target & Incentive Structure

• Ye Target Based Job hai.

• Monthly target achieve karne par Performance Based Incentive diya jayega.

• Salary ke liye minimum 75% monthly target achievement mandatory hoga.

• Agar monthly target 0% hota hai, to us month ki sirf 50% salary payable hogi.

• Agar kisi month target 75% se kam reh jata hai aur remaining target next month complete kar diya jata hai, to previous month ki deducted salary bhi release kar di jayegi, as per company policy.

• Performance ke basis par har 3 months mein salary increment ka opportunity rahega during the first year.

• Achhi performance par additional incentives aur growth opportunities available hongi.

Working Days & Leave

• Weekly Off: Sunday

• Other leave company ki leave policy ke according rahegi.

• Sandwich Leave Policy applicable hogi.
