Job Summary:
We are looking for a B2B Lead Generation Executive with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business leads, qualifying them, and setting up meetings with the sales team. Strong communication and research skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new B2B leads through various channels (online research, LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, etc.).
• Build and maintain a database of potential clients.
• Qualify leads based on company criteria before passing to the sales team.
• Schedule meetings or calls between prospects and the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
• Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
• Keep updated with industry trends and competitors.
Key Skills Required:
• Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of B2B sales process and lead generation techniques.
• Experience with lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
• Target-oriented mindset and strong follow-up skills.
• Good email etiquette and professional phone manners.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Preferred Candidates:
• Those with prior experience in IT/Software/SaaS or marketing services companies.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods.
