As a Tele Caller (Program Guide), you will interact with prospective students, explain our programs, generate Positive leads, and support them throughout the admission
process.
· Make outbound calls to students & parents to generate interest in QT programs.
· Explain course details, curriculum, training benefits, and placement support.
· Understand student requirements and suggest suitable programs.
· Follow up regularly to convert leads into enrolments.
· Maintain accurate data and update all interactions in the CRM.
· Handle queries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp professionally.
· Coordinate with the Team Lead and share daily reports.
· Stay updated on all QT courses and training offerings.
· Strong communication in Telugu(English & Hindi Added Advantage)
· Good listening, convincing, and problem-solving skills.
· Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and call documentation.
· Target-driven, confident, and student-friendly.
