Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our services.
Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Maintain a database of client interactions and update records accordingly.
Assist in resolving customer issues and provide satisfactory solutions.
Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication.
Provide accurate product information and articulate the benefits of our services.
Schedule appointments for sales representatives as needed.
Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets set by the management.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Gather customer feedback to improve services and processes.
Maintain a positive attitude while addressing customer concerns.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ offerings.
Collaborate with other team members to support overall sales goals.
Effectively manage time to maximize calling efficiency.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures during interactions.
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
1-2 years of experience in telecalling or related field.
Proven successful experience in phone-based sales or customer service.
Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone voice.
Able to handle rejection and maintain a positive demeanor.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to assess customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing processes.
Strong work ethic and self-motivated.
Knowledge of real estate terminology is a plus.
Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
