Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to contribute to our company’s sales and customer support operations. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective or existing customers, generating leads and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services or generate leads.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Explain product details, pricing, and offers clearly to customers.
Maintain customer databases and update contact information accurately in the CRM.
Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets.
Follow up with interested prospects and close sales effectively.
Resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the concerned department.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
