Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and persuasive Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and support sales efforts. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into leads/sales
Explain products/services clearly and effectively
Follow up with prospects to close sales
Maintain and update customer databases (CRM)
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets
Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions
Coordinate with the sales team for lead closures

Required Skills

Good verbal communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
Strong convincing and negotiation ability
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
Active listening and problem-solving skills
