We are looking for a Inside Sales Executive/ Tele Calling to join our growing team - Pixanta Energy
Core Responsibilities
​Outbound Calling: Make daily calls to potential customers to introduce Pixanta’s products/services.
​Lead Generation: Qualify prospects, handle objections, and set up appointments or pass high-value leads to the sales team.
​Inbound Support: Answer customer queries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information.
​CRM Data Entry: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all calls, customer feedback, and follow-up schedules in the system.
​Target Achievement: Meet daily and weekly targets for call volume, talk time, and conversions.
​Key Requirements
​Excellent communication and convincing skills.
​Patience, resilience, and the ability to handle rejections.
​Basic computer skills (Excel/CRM tracking).
