The role of a telecaller in loan recovery involves making outbound calls to clients who have defaulted on their loans. The telecaller's primary responsibilities include:
Contacting individuals or businesses to recover overdue payments and resolve disputes.
Negotiating repayment terms that align with organizational policies.
Ensuring timely recovery while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Meeting daily and weekly calling and recovery targets.
Adhering to company policies and compliance guidelines during recovery.
This role requires a motivated and confident individual who can connect with customers regarding their pending payments and assist them in completing their dues. It is a full-time position that involves hardcore outbound telecalling for business loan sales. Training on loan products will be provided, and the telecaller will guide customers through the loan process and requirements.
