Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls

• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related concerns efficiently

• Provide clear and accurate information about products and services

• Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly approach

• Update customer details and call information in the system

• Achieve targets related to call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction

Eligibility

• Experience: 0 months to 4 years in BPO, customer support, or voice process roles

• Languages: Good communication in English ansd Hindi

• Shifts: Should be comfortable with rotational day shifts (no night shifts)

• Skills: Basic computer knowledge and typing ability

• Personality: Positive attitude, quick learner, and customer-focused
