Job Title: Telecaller – Loan Collection / Recovery

Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)
Job Summary:
The Telecaller will be responsible for handling overdue loan accounts, contacting customers through outbound calls, following up on pending EMIs, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining professional and compliant customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue loan payments and pending EMIs.
Follow up on payment commitments and ensure timely collections.
Explain outstanding dues, penalties, and repayment options to customers.
Negotiate repayment plans and settlements as per company policy.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/software.
Resolve customer queries related to loan accounts and payment status.
Escalate difficult or high-risk cases to supervisors or field recovery teams.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during all customer interactions.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and regional language(s).
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Qualification:
Graduate preferred.
Experience in collections, loan recovery, telecalling, or customer service is an advantage.

Number of successful follow-ups.
Call quality and compliance adherence.
Salary
₹10,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives (depending on experience and performance).
