Roles & Responsibilities:
Call customers regarding their loan-related issues and concerns.
Understand customer problems and provide proper resolutions and guidance.
Follow up with customers for pending cases and updates.
Maintain polite and professional communication during calls.
Handle customer queries related to loans, settlements, and dispute resolution.
Update call records and customer details in the system.
Coordinate with the internal team for issue resolution when required.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Tamil language.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.
Telecalling or customer support experience will be an added advantage.
Problem-solving and convincing skills.
