We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive/Sr Executive to join our BGV team. The role involves outbound calling, lead generation, coordination with hotels for invoice collection, and quality checking of received invoices. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of achieving targets while maintaining high levels of communication and service standards.
Search and collect contact details (Email ID, Contact No., Full Address) of hotels/duty managers via Google or hotel websites.
Communicate via phone and email with hotels/duty managers to share customer details and request invoices.
Follow up consistently through calls and emails for pending invoices.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Ability to stay positive and productive under pressure
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Strong attention to detail and good listening skills
Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages (as applicable)
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation preferred)
0–2 years of experience in hospitality, telesales, telecalling, or outbound calling
