We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and providing information about our products/services. You must be a good communicator with excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
Answer incoming calls from customers to address inquiries and resolve issues.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments.
Explain the products or services offered by the company.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.
Keep records of calls and note useful information in the CRM system.
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in hindi,english language.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge and experience using CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in hindi,english languages.
Prior experience in [industry – e.g., real estate, banking, edtech, etc.].
Target-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
