We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Vleader Verification Services Private Limited. Key Responsibilities:
Acting as a SPOC for the client.
Handling client escalations & queries.
Responsible for generating revenue & collection from the client.
Providing daily updates on the cases to the client.
Coordination and follow-up with the operations team in order to meet TAT.
Interacting internally with the departments for resolving client queries & escalations.
Data Management (Insufficiency checks) and providing clear download to all the departments.
Checking the reports against the Job Application Form.
Managing invoices and solving issues relating to invoices.
Publishing monthly/ weekly Dashboards
Ensure report delivery and customer information requests to meet internal and external due dates as well as any SLA expectations in terms of response times
Ensure more business from the existing clients
Must undergo and meet company standards for background and reference checks, controlled substance testing, and behavioral selection survey.
Maintain composure in dealing with authorities, executives, clients, staff, and the public occasionally under conditions of urgency and in pressure situations.
Exposure to sensitive and confidential information.
Regular computer usage.
Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
Must be able to see, hear, speak, and write clearly in order to communicate with employees and/or customers.
Travel, as required.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 4 years of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 5 days working week during the Day shift.
