Job Title: Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive / Recruiter / Customer Support

Education Qualification:

Minimum Graduate (any stream)

Experience:

Fresher or 0–15 years of experience in telecalling / customer service / Recruiter / Customer Support
Fresh graduates can apply

Roles & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls / handle inbound customer calls
Explain company products or services clearly to customers
Generate leads and follow up with potential clients
Maintain call records and customer data
Handle customer queries in a polite and professional manner
Meet daily and monthly calling targets

Skills Required:

Fluent speaking ability
Soft-spoken with a polite and professional tone
Good communication skills in Hindi and English
Confident and persuasive on calls
Basic computer knowledge

Working Hours:

Full-time (Day shift)
