We are looking for a Telecaller / Customer Support Executive who will communicate with customers over calls to request product ratings and reviews, handle basic customer support, and ensure a smooth post-purchase experience for our e-commerce customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Call customers after order delivery to request ratings and reviews

• Provide basic product support and resolve customer queries

• Follow up with customers for feedback and satisfaction

• Handle issues related to orders, delivery, returns, and replacements

• Maintain proper call records and customer feedback reports

• Coordinate with the e-commerce operations team for issue resolution

• Ensure polite, professional, and customer-friendly communication

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus)

• Confident in handling customer calls

• Basic knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, or online shopping

• Ability to handle customer objections calmly

• Basic computer and Excel knowledge

Experience

• Fresher or experienced candidates can apply

• Experience in telecalling / customer support / e-commerce preferred

Working Hours

• Day shift

• 6 days working
