Telecaller

We are looking for a Tele Caller to join our team Nyvira Finance. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Finance industry. The role offers In Hand Salary plus Unlimited incentives and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Customer Calling Initiate and manage outbound calls to prospective customers in a professional and goal-oriented manner, ensuring every interaction upholds the organization's service standards.

2. Product Presentation & Sales Closure Present the company's financial products clearly and persuasively, address customer objections effectively, and work consistently towards achieving assigned sales targets.

3. Lead Follow-Up & Pipeline Management Conduct timely follow-ups with interested prospects, maintain consistent engagement, and ensure maximum lead conversion within the assigned pipeline.

4. Record Keeping & Reporting Accurately log all call interactions, lead status, and sales activity in the CRM system and submit daily performance reports to the reporting manager.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)

• Age: 18 – 35 Years

• Languages: Hindi, English, Marathi

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable

• Freshers with good communication skills are strongly encouraged to apply
